Question: Please advise on Vietnam's reaction to the November 23rd 2010 artillery firing on the Korean peninsula?

Answer:

"Vietnam is deeply concerned about the artillery firing occurred on November 23rd 2010 on the Korean peninsula. Vietnam opposes the use of force or threatening to use force in international relations and any military action that causes harm to innocent civilians.

Vietnam hopes that parties concerned will strive for peace, stability in the Korean peninsula and solve disputes through peaceful negotiations."
