H.E. Mr. Dang Huy Dong was born in Thai Binh (Viet Nam) on November 24, 1957. He obtained his Master degree in Economics and Public Management at Brussels University of Liberty (Belgium). He joined the Ministry of Planning and Investment in 1997 and held several positions, including Deputy Head of Regulatory Compliance, Director General of Public Procurement Agency. He was appointed Vice Minister of Planning and Investment in October 2009.
