H.E. Mr. Fernando Urrutia The Ambassador of Chile in Viet Nam
H.E. Mr. Fernando Urrutia was born on 05/12/1949. He graduated from the Diplomatic Academy in 1973. He obtained the title of lawyer at the Law School Catholic University. In the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Chile, Ambassador Urrutia worked in the Departments of Bilateral Policy; as Deputy Director of Department of General Administrative; Chief of Department of Cultural Affairs, Mutilateral Policy; and was as Deputy Head of the Department of North America, Central and Caribe (2000-2001) and of the Asia- Pacific (2007-2008). H.E. Mr. Urrutia is Ambassador of Chile in Vietnam from 2010.
