RoK business to build IZ in Thua Thien-Hue
A business from the Republic of Korea (RoK) has been licensed to develop and operate technical infrastructure in the Phong Thu Industrial Zone in central Thua Thien-Hue province.
Under the license, J K Global Co. Ltd. will began its construction work in January 2008 and the 100-ha IZ’s technical infrastructure will be completed by the end of 2010.
The 50-year project will totally cost 6.5 million USD.
Thua Thien-Hue province has so far approved a plan to develop four industrial zones and 18 industrial and craft industrial clusters by 2015.
The province also plans to invest 620 billion VND in developing infrastructure at its industrial and craft industrial clusters.-(VNA)
