Prime Minister begins official tour of Morocco, Algeria and South Africa
Ha Noi (VNA) - Prime Minister Phan Van Khai leaves Ha Noi on Wednesday for his tour of three African countries from Nov. 17-25 at the invitation of Moroccan Prime Minister Driss Jettou, Algerian Prime Minister Ahmed Ouyahia and South African President Thabo Mbeki.

The Prime Minister is accompanied by Doan Manh Giao, Minister and Director of the Government Office; Nguyen Hong Quan, Minister of Construction; Hoang Trung Hai, Minister of Industry; Nguyen Thai Binh, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People's Council of southern Tra Vinh province; Deputy Foreign Minister Nguyen Phu Binh; Deputy Planning and Investment Minister Phan Quang Trung, Deputy Trade Minister Phan The Rue, Deputy Finance Minister Le Thi Bang Tam, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Hua Duc Nhi and other senior officials.
