Viet Nam boosts tea exports to Russia and US
Ha Noi, (VNA) - Viet Nam is striving to increase tea exports to Russia and the United States - the two largest markets out of 49 importing countries of Vietnamese tea, according to the Viet Nam Tea Association (Vitas).
Viet Nam plans to export an estimated 5,000 tonnes of tea to Russia this year and increase the exports of green tea to the US.
Vitas has called upon tea producers and exporters to improve the quality of their products and refrain from unhealthy competition to meet the growing demand of Russian and US customers./.
