Angolan President applauds friendly ties with Viet Nam


(VNA):  Angolan President Jose Eduardo Dos Santos applauded the friendly and cooperative ties between his country and Viet Nam in the recent past, especially in health care.

He was talking to Vietnamese Ambassador Nguyen Dinh who presented his credentials to him in Luanda on June 27.

The president said the two countries should increase exchanges of experience in rice growing, and improve the relations between the two countries' enterpreneurs as well as coordination at international forums.

Ambassador Nguyen Dinh conveyed the best regards and wishes of Vietnamese President Tran Duc Luong and other Vietnamese leaders to President Jose Eduardo Dos Santos. He thanked the Angolan Government and people for having created favourable conditions for the Vienamese experts and community in Angola.

The ambassador pledged to continue contributing to consolidating and expanding the cooperative ties between the two countries, especially in business, trade and investment.
