Viet Nam-Laos-China boundary marker planting completed
(VNA) - Vietnamese, Lao and Chinese experts on July 2 completed the planting of a boundary marker at the convergence of the three countries' borderlines.
The marker was placed on the top of Khoan La San mountain, which is the intersection point of the three countries' borderlines, lying on Viet Nam's northern Dien Bien province, Laos's Phongsaly province and China's Yunnan province.
The marker is made of granite in triangular form, with each side facing toward each country bearing its national emblem, name, and the year 2005.
