Chilean National Day marked in Ha Noi
Addressing the event, Nguyen Thi Hoai Thu, Chairwoman of the National Assembly's Committee for Social Affairs, said she believed that with the aspiration and great efforts made by the two sides, the bilateral traditional friendship and cooperation would be further strengthened and expanded for the prosperity of both peoples, and for peace, stability, cooperation and development in their respective regions and in the world as a whole.
Ambassador Fernando Ayalay expressed his rejoice to return to Viet Nam and said he hoped the friendship and solidarity between two nations will be further bolstered.
Also on this occasion, a Week of Chilean Gastronomy and Montes Wine was launched at the Melia Hotel from September 16.
