Vietnamese, Iranian businesses seek trade opportunities
(VNA): The Vietnamese Embassy in Iran and concerned Iranian agencies hosted a trade and investment promotion seminar in Tehran on October 4 to help Vietnamese and Iranian businesses to seek trade and investment opportunities.
"The seminar provides a forum for the two countries' businessmen to contact directly in order to increase bilateral trade to match the two countries' potential," said Vietnamese ambassador to Iran Nguyen Van Hy.
An Iranian trade official unveiled that his country's trade with Viet Nam reached 50 million USD, and that the Iran Export Bank will facilitate Iranian exporters to Viet Nam with capital guarantees.
Vietnamese and Iranian businessmen wished to have similar events in the coming time in order to fully explore the two countries' potential for trade cooperation./.
