RoK, Viet Nam's important partner, says PM
At a ceremony to receive a high-level RoK military delegation led by Defence Minister Yoon Kwang Ung in Ha Noi on May 31, PM Khai stressed that many Korean firms have operated fruitfully in Viet Nam over the past years.
During their Viet Nam visit beginning May 30, the delegation held talks with a high-level Vietnamese military delegation led by Minister of Defence General Pham Van Tra on May 31.
General Tra warmly welcomed the delegation's visit, saying that it will help strengthen the mutual understanding and friendship between the two peoples and the two armies.
For his part, Minister Yoon expressed his belief that the visit will yield positive results, helping to enhance the bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
On the evening of May 31, General Tra gave a banquet in honour of Defence Minister Yoon and his delegation./.
