Friendship meeting marks Viet Nam-Thailand diplomatic ties
Prominent at the meeting were President of the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organisations Vu Xuan Hong, President of the Viet Nam-Thailand Friendship Association Central Committee Ta Quang Ngoc, Thai Ambassador to Viet Nam Kittiphong na Ranong and General Secretary of the Thailand-Viet Nam Friendship Association Salomphone Ekuru.
Mr. Ngoc highlighted the achievements in political, economic, cultural, scientific and technical cooperation between the two countries over the past 30 years.
Meanwhile, Mr. Salomphone, who is in Viet Nam for celebrations of the Viet Nam-Thailand diplomatic ties, expressed his faith in the development of friendship and multifaceted cooperation between the governments and people of the two countries.(VNA)
