Tanzanian Prime Minister leaves for Ho Chi Minh City

(VNA) - Tanzania's Prime Minister Edward N. Lowassa, his wife and his entourage left Ha Noi for Ho Chi Minh City on the afternoon of Sept. 6.

In the morning, they laid a wreath as a tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his Mausoleum.
During his stay in Ha Noi, PM Lowassa held talks with his Vietnamese counterpart, PM Nguyen Tan Dung, and met with National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Phu Trong. He also paid a courtesy visit to Party General Secretary Nong Duc Manh.

The PM also met with Vietnamese enterprises and visited the Van Mieu (Temple of Literature), the Institute of Agricultural Engineering and Post Harvest Technology, and the the Institute for Fruit and Vegetables Research./.
