For his part, Kim said he was impressed by Viet Nam's recent rapid development and asserted that the RoK will continue to pump official development assistance (ODA) into Viet Nam;s infrastructure, employ more guest workers and grant scholarships to students from the Southeast Asian nation.

Highlighting Viet Nam's favourable investment environment, Kim said RoK businesses are keen on importing agricultural products and investing in production in Asia's second fastest growing economy to boost exports to a third country.

The RoK official went on to thank the Vietnamese Government for its assistance to more than 1,000 RoK enterprises operating in Viet Nam and urged Viet Nam to continue to support them.(VNA)
