780,000 people get jobs in six months
Thanks to joint efforts by localities and businesses, an additional 780,000 people nationwide were provided with jobs in the first six months of this year.
A majority of the jobs were in rural areas as a result of programmes to develop agriculture and restore traditional crafts.
Labour export companies were able to send 46,000 people abroad under contracts with foreign partners in the period.-(VNA)
