Four more projects seek UNDP's financial support

Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Khiem has agreed that four more projects will seek for non-refundable aid from the United National Development Programmes (UNDP) in the 2006-2010 period.

These include a 4.5 million USD project on macro-management by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and a 350,000 USD project by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment that works out a plan to improve environment in dioxin contaminated areas.

Two other projects are an 830,000 project by the Ministry of Planning and Investment and a 550,600 USD project to prevent natural disasters by the People's Committee of northern mountainous Lao Cai province.-(VNA)
