Chinese tourists permitted to use immigration license on VN’s domestic flights
On July 31, the Ministry of Culture, Sport, and Tourism issued a document for international travel agents to lay down regulations on Chinese tourists’ using of exit and entry licenses on domestic flights of Vietnamese airlines.
Accordingly, travel enterprises have to follow regulations on managing Chinese tourists when using entry and exit licenses in Vietnam, enforced by the Ministry of Police.
Moreover, travel enterprises must ensure that tourists have enough immigration licenses and tourist cards, must arrange tourist guides with guidance card to go with the visitors group, and mustn’t direct tourists to buy tickets and make formalities for international flights in Vietnam’s airport.
When making formalities for air transport and checking security in the airport, tourists have to present the immigration license granted by the Chinese side and the tourist card issued by the Vietnamese side to the air transport agency and the air security agency in airport to make sure that tourists are allowed to immigrate in Vietnam and tourists have to make formalities in groups.
