Venezuelan president receives Vietnamese ambassador
Ha Noi (VNA) – Newly-accredited Vietnamese ambassador to Venezuela Tran Thanh Huan presented his credentials to President Hugo Chavez Frias in Caracas on October 29.
President Chavez said Viet Nam ’s decision to appoint a diplomatic representative to Venezuela was a landmark moment in relations between the two countries.
The president pledged to create favourable conditions to help the Vietnamese diplomat fulfill his tasks.
