Viet Nam, South Africa eye further cooperation

Ha Noi (VNA) – Viet Nam and South Africa should continue strengthening cooperation, thus contributing more to the development of the two countries’ relationship, stated Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung.
The Prime Minister was receiving newly-accredited South African Ambassador to Viet Nam Ratubatsi Super Moloi in Ha Noi on February 26.
PM Dung said that the government and people of Viet Nam always do their best to boost cooperation with South Africa in all fields.
He expressed thanks for South Africa ’s support for Viet Nam in a bid to become a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council. He said he hoped that South Africa , which had taken up this position, will share experiences with Viet Nam for the prosperity and peace all over the world.
For his part, the South African ambassador expressed his wish to organise an exchange between Vietnamese and South African young people with a view to helping them have better understandings about the traditional relationship between the two countries.
