Communists of Vietnam, China boost ties
Hanoi (VNA)- Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Tong Thi Phong was rejoiced at the recent major progress made in relations with the Communist Party of China (CPC).
Phong expressed her satisfaction during her meeting with a visiting CPC delegation led by Lu Hao, CPV Central Committee member and Secretary of the Gansu province’s Party Committee, in Hanoi on April 11.
Also as a National Assembly Vice President, she cited frequent exchanges of visits and experiences by agencies, industries and authorities as an illustration of the well-faring relationship between the two countries.
“That entrepreneurs from Gansu in particular and China in general have joined in major ventures with Vietnamese partners has helped better tap each other’s potential and contributed to promoting multi-faceted cooperative and friendly ties between the two countries for mutual interest,” she said.
In return, Lu Hao said his Gansu province is looking for strong ties with Vietnamese provinces and cities, thus boosting friendship and cooperation between the two Communist parties and two peoples .
Earlier, the Chinese delegation held talks with a CPV delegation led by Tran Van Hang, member of the CPV Central Committee and Head of the CPV CC Commission for External Affairs.-
