Leaders offer condolences to Nargis victims
Hanoi (VNA) – State President Nguyen Minh Triet and Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung on May 6 sent messages of condolences to Myanmar’s Senior General Than Shwe, Chairman of the State Peace and Development Council and Prime Minister Thein Sein over great losses caused by Cyclone Nargis.
On the same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Gia Khiem also extended condolences to Myanmar Foreign Minister Nyan Win.
