Polish Deputy FM visits for regular exchange
Hanoi (VNA) – Polish Deputy Foreign Minister Ryszard Schnepf is on a two-day visit to Vietnam on June 20-21 for a regular exchange between the two foreign ministries.
He held talks with Permanent Deputy Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh in Hanoi on June 20 on measures to bolster the bilateral relations, particularly in economy, trade, investment. The two sides also discussed implementation of high-level agreements reached during Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung’s recent visit to Poland and ways to enhance cooperation between the two foreign ministries.
They informed each other of the situation of their respective country and exchanged views on regional and international matters of mutual concern.
Deputy Minister Schnepf affirmed that Vietnam is an important partner of Poland in Asia .
On the same day, the Polish Deputy Minister met with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Gia Khiem.
