Vietnam, Hungary mark 60 years of diplomatic ties
VNA 20/01/2010 - The Hungarian Embassy on January 20 announced major activities in 2010, with the focus on cultural events, to celebrate the 60 th anniversary of Vietnam-Hungary diplomatic ties (February 3).
Accordingly, the events will cover numerous cultural activities, including a Hungarian concert in Hanoi Opera House on January 29 and 30, exhibitions showcasing photos, paintings, sculptured works and bronze statues, which feature the country of Vietnam.
The Embassy will also publish bilingual books depicting Vietnam-Hungary friendship during the past six decades and take the occasion to introduce Hungary’s literature works, which have been translated into Vietnamese./.
