Vietnamese, Algerian parties enhance ties
VNA 22/03/2010 - A delegation from the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) attended the 9th Algerian National Liberation Front (FLN) Party Congress in the capital city of Algiers from March 19-21.
During the event, the delegation led by Deputy Head of the CPV Central Committee's Commission for External Relations Vuong Thua Phong, paid a courtesy call on General Secretary of FLN Party Central Committee Abdelaziz Belkhadem, and held a working session with Head of the FLN Party Central Committee’s Commission for External Relations Mourad Lamoudi.
FLN Party’s leaders spoke highly of Vietnam’s achievements in the renewal period and wished to intensify the friendly relationship and traditional cooperation between the two parties and the two people./.
