
State President Truong Tan Sang sent condolences over recent earthquake in India
(VNA - 20/09/2011) - State President Truong Tan Sang on Sept. 20 sent condolences to his Indian counterpart, Pratibha Devisingh Patil over great losses caused by a recent earthquake in north-eastern India.
The 6.9 magnitude quake on Sept. 18 killed over 50 people and injured hundreds of others. The same day, Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also sent a message of sympathy to Indian Foreign Minister S. M. Krishna./.
