State President congratulates new Swiss counterpart
(VGP – 23/12/2011) - State President Truong Tan Sang on Friday congratulated to Ms. Eveline Widmer-Schlumpf on her selection as the new Swiss President.
On the same day, Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also cabled his message of greetings to Switzerand’s newly elected Foreign Minister Didier Burkhalter.
