PM Nguyen Tan Dung meets with Singaporean counterpart
(VGP-3/4/2012) – PM Nguyen Tan Dung on Tuesday afternoon met with his Singaporean counterpart Lee Hsien Loong on the sidelines of the ongoing 20th ASEAN Summit in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

The two PMs expressed their pleasure at the fine developments of the bilateral relations in various fields over the past time.
They agreed to further create favorable conditions for trade and investment in the future, early sign an agreement on mutual recognition of hygiene and quarantine of animals and plants to boost farm produce exports.
The two leaders stressed the need to consolidate a common stance on ensuring peace, stability, security and maritime freedom in the East Sea, with respect to international law, including the 1982 UN Convention on the Law of the Sea, and the Declaration on the conduct of parties in the East Sea.
