Viet Nam, New Zealand discuss measures to boost ties

New Zealand highly valued Viet Nam’s investment potentials and pledged to create favorable conditions for Vietnamese goods, particularly fruits and seafood to penetrate the Oceanic country.
The two sides affirmed to strengthen cooperation and coordination at regional and international forums.
Viet Nam and New Zealand also agreed on the importance of guaranteeing peace, security, safety and maritime freedom in the East Sea.
Mr. Simon William English took the occasion to thank for Vietnamese Government and people’s assistance to overcome the consequences caused by the earthquake in Christ Church city.

Earlier on April 15, Deputy PM Phuc met with representatives of New Zealand’s business giants in Auckland.
He said the Vietnamese Government pledges to create favorable conditions for New Zealander businesses to invest in Viet Nam.
