Felicitations to Ethiopia on National Day
(VGP – 28/05/2012) - State President has telegraphed a congratulatory message to Ethiopian President Girma Woldergiorgis on the occasion of the 21st anniversary of the National Day (May 28, 1991) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh has also cabled a message of greetings to his Ethiopian counterpart Hailemariam Desalegn.
