Party chief applauds new Russian party leader

Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong sent his congratulations to the newly elected Chairman of the United Russia Party, Dmitry Medvedev.
Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev was elected leader of the United Russia Party at its 13th Congress on May 26.
