Viet Nam congratulates Russia on National Day
(VGP – 12/06/2012) - State President Truong Tan Sang and Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung on Tuesday congratulated President V. Putin and Prime Minister D. Medvedev, respectively, on the occasion of the National Day (June 12, 1991) of the Russian Federation.
On the same day, Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also cabled a congratulatory message to his Russian counterpart S. Lavrov.
