Viet Nam congratulates Venezuela on National Day
(VGP – 09/07/2012) - State President Truong Tan Sang cabled Monday a message of congratulations to his Venezuelan counterpart Hugo Chavez Frias on the occasion of the 201th anniversary of the National Day of Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela (July 5, 1811).
On the same day, Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also sent a congratulatory message to Venezuela’s Foreign Minister Nicolas Maduro Moros.
