Congratulations to new Algerian PM
(VGP – 05/09/2012) - PM Nguyen Tan Dung on September 5 cabled a congratulatory message to Mr. Abdelmalek Sellal on his appointment as the PM of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria.
The same day, FM Pham Binh Minh sent a message of greetings to his Algerian counterpart Mourad Medelci.
