Vietnamese leaders send congratulations to Venezuelan President
(VNA - 09/10/2012) - General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Nguyen Phu Trong on October 8 sent a message of congratulations to Hugo Chavez Frias, leader of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, on being re-elected as President of the Bolivian Republic of Venezuela for the 2013-2019 term.
On the same day, President Truong Tan Sang and Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung also extended their congratulations to the Venezuelan President.
