Congratulations on National Day of Belgium
(VGP – 21/07/2013) - State President Truong Tan Sang and PM Nguyen Tan Dung on Saturday extended congratulations to King Albert II and PM Elio Di Rupo, respectively, on the occasion of the National Day of Belgium (July 21).
The same day, Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also cabled his congratulatory message to Belgian counterpart Didier Reynders./.
