Congratulations to Bhutanese leaders
(VGP – 01/08/2013) - PM Nguyen Tan Dung on July 31 cabled a message of greetings to Mr. Tshering Tobgay who was elected the PM of the Kingdom of Bhutan.
NA Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung conveyed congratulations to Mr. Jigme Zangpo who was appointed Speaker of the Bhutan’s National Assembly.
The same day, FM Pham Binh Minh also sent a message of greetings to his new Bhutanese counterpart Rinzin Dorje./.
