PM congratulates Kuwaiti counterpart
(VGP – 05/08/2013) - PM Nguyen Tan Dung on August 5 extended his congratulations to Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah upon his re-election as the PM of Kuwait.
The same day, FM Pham Binh Minh cabled a message of meetings to Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, who has been appointed as the Deputy PM, FM of Kuwait.
Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah was sworn in as Kuwait’s 7th Prime Minister on December 4th, 2011.
Prior to becoming Prime Minister, His Highness Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Sabah held the post of First Deputy PM and Minister of Interior and Minister of Defence in July 2006. A year later, in October 2007, he became First Deputy PM and Minister of Defence./.
