President offers condolences to Pakistan over earthquake

President Truong Tan Sang on September 26 sent a message of condolence to his Pakistani counterpart Mamnoon Hussain over the heavy human and property losses caused by the recent strong earthquake.
The 7.7-magnitude quake hit Pakistan ’s Baluchistan province on the afternoon of September 24, killing more than 300 people.
