PM receives Azerbaijan, Spanish Ambassadors

(VGP – 25/10/2013) - PM Nguyen Tan Dung on October 25 received Azerbaijani Ambassador to Viet Nam Anar Imanov and Spanish Ambassador to Viet Nam Alfonso Tena García.

Receiving the Azerbaijani Ambassador, PM Nguyen Tan Dung highlighted the relationship between the two nations in all fields and thanked Azerbaijan for its supports for Viet Nam in its socio-economic development.
 
Viet Nam expects that Azerbaijan will continue to promote the relationship deeply and effectively in economics, trade, investment and people-to-people exchange, he added.

The Vietnamese Government will assist the Ambassador fulfill his assignments in Viet Nam, the PM asserted.

He also applauded Azerbaijan on opening the Embassy in Viet Nam, asserting that Viet Nam is considering the opening of its Embassy in Azerbaijan.

Ambassador Anar Imanov revealed that Azerbaijan respects the relations with Viet Nam, hoping that Viet Nam will make breakthroughs in the two countries’ ties in economics, trade, investment and tourism.

In his meeting with Spanish Ambassador, PM Dung proposed the two sides enhance the economic cooperation, strengthen trade exchanges, bring two way trade to a higher level in the future and boost the cooperation in infrastructure, education, science-technology and tourism.

He confirmed that the Vietnamese Government will create favorable conditions for Spanish businesses to operate in Viet Nam.

Besides, he suggested Spain continue its official development assistance provision for Viet Nam and increase scholarships for Vietnamese students.

Ambassador Alfonso Tena García affirmed to closely cooperate with Vietnamese ministries and agencies to accelerate the multifaceted relations.
