Governor Yuji Kuroiwa said Kanagawa is the second largest prefecture in Japan with a population of 9.8 million and annual GDP of more than 300 billion USD. The locality is also one of the leaders in clean technology and renewable energy.

In view of Viet Nam ’s stable socio-political situation and great economic potential, Kanagawa wants to enhance investment and trade ties with Viet Nam, the governor said.
