Condolences to Russia over deadly blasts
(Vietnamplus - 30/12/2013) - President Truong Tan Sang on December 30 sent condolences to his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin over two deadly terror bombings in the southern city of Volgograd.
The blasts rocked a trolleybus and a railway station in the city on December 29 and 30, leaving at least 31 people dead and many others injured.
