President to attend APEC Leaders' Week in Manila
At the invitation of Philippine President Benigno Aquino III, Vietnamese President Truong Tan Sang and his spouse will attend the 23rd APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting in Manila, the Philippines, from November 17 – 19.
