Leaders extend congratulations on German Unity Day
(VNA) - President Nguyen Xuan Phuc on October 3 sent a congratulatory message to his German counterpart Frank-Walter Steinmeier on the occasion of the 31st German Unity Day (October 3).
On this occasion, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh also cabled a message of congratulations to German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
