Minister of Foreign Affairs of Viet Nam Pham Binh Minh visits the EU to sign the Framework Agreement on Partnership and Cooperation Agreement (PCA), pays official visits to Belgium, Luxembourg and the Russian Federation

At the invitation of the European Union (EU), Foreign Minister of Belgium, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Luxembourg and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russian Federation, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Viet Nam Pham Binh Minh will visit the EU to sign the framework agreement on Partnership and Cooperation Agreement (PCA), and pay official visits to Belgium, Luxembourg and the Russian Federation from 26th June to 2nd July, 2012.
