At the invitation of Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany G. Westerwelle, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Viet Nam Pham Binh Minh will pay an official visit to the Federal Republic of Germany from 18th -21st September, 2012.

On this occasion, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Viet Nam Pham Binh Minh will attend the Viet Nam – Germany Business and Investment Forum, held by the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs in collaboration with the State of Hessen (Germany) on 19th September, 2012 in Frankfurt, Germany.
