PM sends congratulations to German counterpart
(Vietnamplus - 17/12/2013) - Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung on December 17 sent a message of congratulations to Angela Merkel on her re-election as Germany’s Chancellor.
The same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also cabled his congratulations to new German Foreign Minister Fran-Walter Steinmeier.
