Hailing positive developments in the Viet Nam-China relationship over the past year, the two sides agreed to enhance coordination in effectively implementing the common perceptions reached by the high-ranking leaders of the two Parties and States.

They were unanimous in fostering the Viet Nam-China comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership to a new level of development in 2014.

On this occasion, Minh and his Chinese counterpart exchanged views on regional and international issues of mutual concern, including recent developments in Northeast Asia.
