Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign Minister to co-chair the 13th session of Viet Nam- Cambodia Joint Committee
(MOFA) - Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh will co-chair the 13th session of Viet Nam- Cambodia Joint Committee on Economic, Cultural and Scientific-Technological Cooperation in Phnom Penh from 10th to 11th February 2014.
