Vietnam is committed to strictly observing DOC

Vietnam News Agency: Pls comment to report that Vietnam plans to organize flight to the Spratlys?

Answer:

Vietnam has adequate historical evidence and legal foundation to affirm its indisputable sovereignty over the Paracel (Hoang Sa) and Spratly (Trưong Sa) archipelagoes.

As a signatory to the November 2002 Declaration of Conducts (DOC) between ASEAN and China, Vietnam, together with the parties concerned, is committed to strictly observing DOC so as to maintain peace and stability in the East Sea.

Vietnam has no plan to organize any flight to the Spratly (Truong Sa) archipelagoes in the immediate future.
