Vietnam strongly denounces the terrorist bombing in the capital of Jakarta

ANSWER TO CORRESPONDENT BY MR. LE DZUNG, THE SPOKESMAN

OF THE VIETNAMESE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS ON 9th SEPTEMBER 2004

AFP correspondent: Please advise Vietnam’s reaction to the bombing in the morning of September 9 in Jakarta (Indonesia).

Answer:

We strongly denounce the recent terrorist bombing in the capital of Jakarta that caused heavy losses in property and life. We would like to extend our condolences to the Indonesian Government and the victims’ families.
